Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available PAN India for orders above ₹499 and only for selected non-perishable products. ₹49 COD charge will apply.

COD service is provided only because there are a good number of people, especially senior citizens who find it difficult to order using their cards or net banking.

We confirm all COD orders manually before sending it to you. Being a small business, a lot of love, care, money and work goes into packing and shipping each order. If you chose to reject a COD order, we'll be charged a forward shipping charge, a reverse shipping charge (twice of forward shipping) and a COD charge. We definitely can't afford this.

Hence if a COD order is rejected, the particular customer will be blacklisted and no further orders will be accepted from that customer. This will also affect their COD availability with other major ecommerce companies.

Shipping

Shipping is free for all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will incur a modest ₹69 shipping cost.

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email or sms with tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

We use Delhivery to ship our products. In case Delhivery doesn't provide service to your location, we use other courier providers or India Post.

We ship all the orders within 24 hours. On weekends, the shipping time will be around 48 hours.

Your order will reach you within 5-7 business days from the date of shipping.

Sorry, right now we don't. We are working with our courier partners to provide this in the near future.

Yes, we do ship bulk (greater than 25kg) potting soil mix, cocopeat, vermicompost, cow dung manure and red soil. We use VExpress to provide you with home delivery.

Order Cancellation

Please send an email to care@seed2plant.in or contact us at 9345718431 as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we can't honour all cancellation requests since we provide 24 hour dispatch for all orders. Hence if you want to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible.

In case your order is already shipped and cancellation can't be provided, you can get a full refund by sending us the products back. Forward shipping and reverse shipping charges need to be paid by the customer.
